Soll es eher ein Strandurlaub sein, w\u00e4hlt man bestimmt eins der vielen Hotels am Wasser. Ich entschied mich beides mal f\u00fcr ein Hotel weiter weg vom Meer mitten in der Stadt nahe des Burj Khalifa, denn dieser Bezirk war damals schon am besten ausgebaut und ist auch heute noch der quirligste und meiner Meinung nach attraktivste.<\/p><p>Diese Jahr wohnten wir im <a href=\"http:\/\/vidahotels.com\">Vida Downtown. <\/a><\/p><p>Die Zimmer sind sehr ger\u00e4umig und modern, ansonsten ist es ein recht farbloses und anonymes Hotel, welches ich nicht noch einmal buchen w\u00fcrde.\u00a0<\/p><p>2011 wohnten wir ganz in der N\u00e4he im Hotel <a href=\"http:\/\/vidahotels.com\">Al Manzil<\/a><\/p><p>Es geh\u00f6rt zur gleichen Kette, hatte aber zumindest damals viel mehr Atmosph\u00e4re.<\/p><p>Wenn ich das n\u00e4chste Mal Dubai bereisen w\u00fcrde, w\u00fcrde ich mich f\u00fcr das <a href=\"http:\/\/addresshotels.com\">Palace Downtown<\/a> entscheiden. Die sch\u00f6ne Architektur und die super Lage direkt gegen\u00fcber vom Burj Khalifa konnten wir dort w\u00e4hrend eines Abendessens im hoteleigenen Thairestaurant Bei der Reservierung w\u00e4hlt man zwischen einem Tisch am Fenster oder im hinteren Bereich. F\u00fcr beide Optionen ist eine Mindestverzehrpauschale n\u00f6tig. F\u00fcr die Fenstertische waren es 600 AED. Das erscheint vielleicht viel, aber die gesamte Atmosph\u00e4re und das exquisite Essen mit der einmaligen Aussicht rechtfertigen den Preis allemal. Damals war die k\u00fcnstliche Insel The Palm noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt und die Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten beschr\u00e4nkten sich auf das Burj al arab und das Madinat Jumeirah.<\/p><p>Heute wird dieser Stadtteil gepr\u00e4gt von vielen Strandhotels, dem neuen Yachthafen und der sehr sch\u00f6nen Strandpromenade JBR. Wer f\u00fcr einen Badeaufenthalt nach Dubai fliegt, wird hier alles finden, was er sich w\u00fcnscht.<\/p><p>2011 besuchte ich das <strong>Burj al Arab<\/strong> im Rahmen eines afternoon teas, da man damals wie heute das Hotel ohne eine Reservierung in eines der Restaurant nicht betreten darf. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von dem Geb\u00e4ude und von der Sky Lounge hatte man einen sch\u00f6nen Blick.\u00a0<\/p><p>Das Madinat Jumeirah war im Januar 2022 aufgrund der Coronamassnahmen recht verwaist, da die TouristenBoote auf den k\u00fcnstlichen Kan\u00e4len nicht fahren durften und ein Teil des Souks wegen Baumassnahmen geschlossen war. 2011 war es sehr belebter und sehenswerter Ort.<\/p><p>Daf\u00fcr konnte man dieses Jahr umso sch\u00f6ner auf der neuen Strandpromenade spazieren gehen, in der neuen Marina die Yachten bewundern und in einem der vielen Caf\u00e9s die Sonne gesehen haben!<\/p><p>Es gibt viele unterschiedliche M\u00f6glichkeiten, einen Tag in der W\u00fcste zu verbringen. Wir haben damals einfach das Angebot unseres Hotels angenommen und sind mit zwei anderen G\u00e4sten in einem Jeep zu einem Camp zum Abendessen gefahren. Bei diesem Ausflug war die Fahrt \u00fcber die Sandpiste dabei, ein Kamelritt, ein Barbecue und eine Bauchtanzvorf\u00fchrung. Auch wenn wir durchaus sehr von der ganz besonderen Atmosph\u00e4re dieser einzigartigen Landschaft fasziniert waren, hatten doch die Darbietungen abends in dem Camp eines zu starken touristischen und deprimierenden touch. Daher kann ich von solchen Angeboten eher abraten und man sollte sich sehr genau die Ausfl\u00fcge bei den bekannten Portalen anschauen.<\/p><p>So wurde dieses Jahr ein sehr viel individueller Ausflug gew\u00e4hlt und zwar eine Fahrt mit einem Quad durch die W\u00fcste. Dadurch dass man selber f\u00e4hrt, erlebt man viel direkter die besondere Landschaft und dazu macht es einen irren Spass. class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Wenn man dem winterlichen Grau mal f\u00fcr ein paar Tage entfliehen m\u00f6chte, ist Dubai ein gutes Ziel. Mit Emirates ist man in ca 6 Stunden da und kann w\u00e4hlen zwischen Strandurlaub oder glitzerndes Citylife oder auch beides&#8230;Diese Jahr und auch schon 2011 zeichnet \u00a0sich Dubai aus, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert. Ob das nun Ausfl\u00fcge, Taxis, Restaurantessen ist, es klappt wie am Schn\u00fcrchen. Man kann sehr unterschiedlichen Interessen nachgehen und in Dubai kommt jeder auf seine Kosten.
